The AMD 07 evaluation electronics are preferably used in the areas of food and pharmaceuticals, and additionally in other areas when special requirements are placed on connectivity or reporting. Systems equipped with it have the highest recognition accuracy, are very easy to use and have maximum protection against interference. These types of systems feature a wide range of connection options to external systems and feature full logging and reporting functions.

Easy to use for all users
The multilingual touch display facilitates the quick and intuitive setting or querying of all relevant system parameters. Unauthorised access is prevented by full user management, including individual passwords that expire on request. Product effects can be easily compensated for via the learning function and the collected settings can be stored in parameter memories. When using the “imagePHASE” evaluation method, the recognition accuracies to be achieved are displayed immediately after the learning process. The reporting feature allows the sorting and filtering, as well as exporting, of all system events, messages and login processes.

SMD components not only save space, but also offer top quality and maximum reliability for our users. Faulty component placement is ruled out thanks to the fully automated component installation process. In addition, every circuit board is checked meticulously and artificially aged. The modern “SuperPHASE” or the innovative “ImagePHASE” evaluation procedure enable the highest detection accuracy. These ensure the best results – even with products with high intrinsic conductivity that are difficult to examine. The optional multi-frequency technology allows the flexible examination of various products with the best possible results.
Safe operation in any application
After activation, but also during operation, the electronics automatically and continuously adapt to the relevant environmental and operating conditions. This means that changes made due to, for example, temperature fluctuations, are automatically compensated for. The multifunction filter system ensures stable, reliable sensitivity values without interference, even in unusually harsh environments. Automated test prompts prevent operator errors and ensure complete documentation of the detection results.

Analogue and digital connectivity
These evaluation electronics provide multiple freely configurable 24VDC inputs and outputs. In addition, two relays (metal and error) are freely available for use by the customer. An external USB port is available as standard for data transfer. For example, the system can be connected to our mesuLINK network solution via its Ethernet (RJ45 TCP/IP) connection. However, networking with a customer system via OPC/UA log is also possible. Further details can be found in the datasheet of the relevant complete system.
Fast and uncomplicated service
Plug-in connections and pre-configured spare parts mean that it only takes a few minutes to replace the PCBs. This makes “do it yourself” repairs possible without any problems. All product and system parameters are automatically or manually stored in a fail-safe way on an SD card. This is simply used in exchange electronics to avoid data loss. The scope of services includes both possible access via remote maintenance and the export of fault logs via USB.
