Easy to use for all users
The clearly arranged operating elements and the easy-to-understand labelling guarantee trouble-free commissioning. Operating ststaes are clearly signalled by indicators on the board. The most frequently used parameters, excretion time and recognition accuracy, are easy to set using rotary potentiometers.

Digital signal evaluation provides recognition accuracies at the current level. SMD components not only save space, but also offer top quality and maximum reliability for our users. Faulty component placement is ruled out thanks to the fully automated component installation process. In addition, every circuit board is checked meticulously and artificially aged.
Safe operation in any application
After activation, but also during operation, the electronics automatically and continuously adapt to the relevant environmental and operating conditions. This means that changes made due to, for example, temperature fluctuations, are automatically compensated for. The multifunction filter system ensures stable, reliable sensitivity values without interference, even in unusually harsh environments. The self-monitoring system reports error states via LEDs.

Analogue and digital connectivity
Depending on the area of application, reset and test buttons can be connected (already available on site with the QUICKTRON 03 R). Relays for readiness and metal are freely available. These can also be used for connection to a process control system. Further details can be found in the data sheet of the relevant complete system.
Fast and uncomplicated service
Plug-in connections and pre-configured spare parts mean that it only takes a few minutes to replace the motherboard. This makes “do it yourself” repairs possible without any problems. The versions of the AMD 03 series are compatible with each other and can be replaced by newer models. This ensures a long-term supply of spare parts.
